Enterprise IT asset disposition for every office you run.
Coretek 360 handles fleet refreshes, office relocation IT equipment, staging, and multi-site pickups across every location on one schedule and one report.
Enterprise IT services for every office, refresh, and move.
Fleet refreshes, deployments, relocations, and multi-site pickups run on one schedule, with one serialized record. This is not the full list, so ask about anything you do not see.
Fleet Refresh Programs
We plan the refresh with you: which devices retire, which replace them, and when each site and team is scheduled, so multi-site pickups and deliveries run on one calendar.
- Devices and sites inventoried
- One schedule for every location
- Timed around your teams
Device Staging & Imaging
New devices are unboxed, imaged, and configured to your standard before they ship, so they arrive at each office ready to use.
- Unboxed and imaged
- Configured to your standard
- Ready on arrival
Device Deployment
New equipment is delivered to each site on schedule and set up where your people work, including offices that are relocating.
- Delivered on schedule
- Set up at each desk or site
- Every location covered
Office Relocation & Cleanouts
When an office moves, consolidates, or closes, our team packs and removes the IT equipment. Hardware you are keeping is moved, and hardware you are retiring is wiped, resold, or recycled.
- Office moves and consolidations
- Site closures and cleanouts
- On site packing and palletizing
- Retired hardware wiped and documented
Multi-Site Device Retrieval
Retired devices are collected in tracked vehicles on recurring or one time multi-site pickups, with chain of custody documented from each dock.
- Recurring or one time pickups
- Tracked vehicles
- Every location covered
Data Destruction
Every retired device is wiped to NIST 800-88 and verified, or shredded on site or at our facility, before it is reused or recycled.
- Wiped to NIST 800-88 and verified
- Hard drive shredding when required
- A certificate for every serial number
Hard drive shredding is performed in house by Coretek 360 and is not yet covered by our R2v3 certificate, which covers data sanitization, test and repair, and the downstream recycling chain. We are actively working to add it.
Resale, Recycling & Reporting
Devices with life left in them are refurbished and resold through our sales channels, with the value returned to you, and the rest are recycled through R2v3 certified downstream processors. A final serialized report accounts for every retired device across all sites.
- Working devices resold
- R2v3 certified downstream recycling
- Every serial number accounted for
- Certificates of data destruction
Frequently asked questions about enterprise ITAD.
Direct answers on refreshes, relocations, multi-site pickups, and reporting.
Can you handle a fleet refresh?
Yes. A fleet refresh with Coretek 360 puts old devices out and new ones in on one schedule, so your teams are not left without equipment. New devices are staged and imaged before delivery, and retired devices are collected in tracked vehicles, wiped to NIST 800-88, and documented by serial number in one report.
Do you support office relocations?
Yes. Office relocation IT equipment is moved, retired, or redeployed along with the move. Equipment going to the new office is staged and set up there, equipment being retired is collected from the old one in tracked vehicles, and every device is logged by serial number so the chain of custody covers both sites.
Can new equipment arrive ready to use?
Yes. Deployment support covers staging, imaging, and configuration to your standard before devices ship, then delivery and setup where your people work. Because the new hardware is handled on the same schedule as the retired hardware, each site's swap is recorded against the same serialized report.
Can pickups cover every location?
Yes. We schedule recurring or one time multi-site pickups across every location you run, in tracked vehicles, serving organizations across the US. Each pickup logs the devices collected by serial number, and all sites roll into one serialized report, so a multi-location refresh ends with a single record rather than one per office.
What happens to the devices we retire?
They are wiped to NIST 800-88 and verified, or shredded. They are then refurbished and resold, or recycled through R2v3 certified downstream processors, and documented by serial number through final disposition. Each drive gets a certificate of data destruction, and devices with resale value have the return itemized in the report.
Do we get a record of it all?
Yes. A final serialized report accounts for every retired asset across all sites, with its sanitization method, certificate of data destruction, and final disposition. It is the document compliance teams keep for audits under HIPAA, GLBA, PCI DSS, SOX, or state privacy laws, and finance uses it to close out the refresh.
Can data be destroyed at our offices?
Yes. With on site destruction, drives are shredded at your office and never leave it whole, each serial number logged first for its certificate of data destruction. Shredding is performed in house by Coretek 360. It is not yet within our R2v3 certificate scope, which covers logical data sanitization and test and repair, and we are working to add physical destruction. Shredded material goes to R2v3 certified downstream processors.
Can retired devices recover value?
Yes. Devices with life left in them are tested, graded, refurbished, and resold through our sales channels, after a NIST 800-88 wipe. The value returned is itemized by serial number in your report, which lets finance offset part of the refresh cost against the residual value of the outgoing fleet.
